Our research interests are in analysis of high-throughput sequencing data.
- Development of (semi)-automated analysis pipelines
- Techniques for enhancing reproducibility of data analysis
- Dissemination of results of high-throughput data analyses
- Comparison of workflows
Dr. Denvir also serves as the director of the
Bioinformatics Core Facility
at Marshall University.
Through the core facility, we collaborate with many investigators in diverse fields
in biomedical and other biological research.
